A - Definition:

To predict future environmental conditions in which the company will be in is a daily exercise for companies that keep a lively and profitable presence in a highly competitive market facing the fast changing scenery we live in. This immediate view of the future obliges us to be able to anticipate through the creation of action strategies.

 Companies that are client oriented seduce clients meanwhile companies oriented to markets create new businesses. To keep a client who is happy because of a good service or any other smaller difference is not enough anymore. It is much better to anticipate the clients needs or even to be able to create something he does not know yet but which will be useful to him in the future. Strategies that will lead to fidelization and propagation are part of the results of the exercise of  view that the new times demand. Nevertheless we can not see very far unless we know whom we really are and on which grounds are we standing on. To position an organization according to an accurate analysis of its potentialities and weaknesses in relation to its competitors along with identification of opportunities and dangers of the market will provide a diagnosis for the survival and lasting success in the environment.

The process, which can be applied, to companies of any size or segment has the goal to provide a deep analysis of the business with a panoramic presentation of the results and the elaboration of a marketing project recommending strategies to obtain greater results.

B - Description of the process:

According to the experience obtained through analyzing the company  Corporate goals are then established. The next step would be to collect internal and external data. According to them we elaborate an analysis of the potentialities and weak points of the organization in relation to its competitors and recognize the opportunities and dangers of the sector. We then define marketing goals, estimating the results. We put up a schedule and deadlines for the actions to be taken. We then elaborate a sales plan projecting marketing results, which assure leadership with a system to monitor the results and the readjustments of the plan if necessary.

C - Methodology:

C1 – experience: analysis of the companies' routine; field information. Presentation of the diagnosis to the  board of directors and managers  and the elaboration of the marketing project. (110 hours).

 C2 – workshop: “A view for the XXI century" to all people who take part in the organization  (2 hours):

 D - Investment:

Hour of consulting vary from US $ 20,00 to US$ 50,00 depending on the port of the company (number of employees).

     Way of payment:

     50 % on the signing of contract;

    50 % at the moment of the Diagnosis ' presentation and Marketing Plan.

      Tickets, accommodation and Transportation by Contractor Company.
